Payment refund policy

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Payment can only be made using a valid credit or debit card. Your payment will be deducted at the time your order is placed. You will never be charged more than the amount confirmed at checkout.

We offer a 30-day refund policy, which exceeds the standard 14-day legally endorsed policy. This period begins from the day you receive your order. You may return any product within 30 days of purchase, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
